1. Quality Guarantee
We conduct rigorous quality control inspections before any shipment leaves our facility. However, if you receive defective merchandise, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Products have manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items, sizes, or colors were shipped
- Significant damage occurred during transit (subject to freight insurance terms)
3. Claim Process
To initiate a claim, you must:
- Contact your dedicated account manager or email support@chinashoesupplier.online within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defects or incorrect items.
- Provide the order number and specific item details.
4. Resolution Options
Upon verification of a valid claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Credit applied to your next wholesale order (Preferred)
- Replacement items shipped with your next order
- Partial or full refund for the affected items
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Unsold inventory
- Items damaged by the retailer or end-consumer
- Custom-manufactured orders (unless defective)
