1. B2B Wholesale Agreement

Our services are strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for resale or business use, not for personal consumption.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

All orders are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity of 100 pairs. Orders failing to meet this requirement will not be processed.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
• Full payment is required before production or dispatch begins, unless alternative credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Product Representation

While we strive to display product colors and details accurately, variations may occur due to manufacturing batches or monitor displays. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Limitation of Liability

China Shoe Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in shipping.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws and the local laws of our manufacturing jurisdiction.
