2. Processing & Dispatch

Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production and quality control. We perform strict multi-point inspections before any shipment leaves our facility, then dispatch via your chosen freight method.

3. Tracking

Comprehensive tracking details are provided for every shipment once it is manufactured, inspected, and dispatched, so you can monitor progress until it reaches your facility.

4. Customs & Duties

We provide customs clearance assistance for all international shipments. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery windows are estimates based on the selected freight method and destination. While we optimize our logistics for timely delivery, China Shoe Supplier is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.
